Is Sajilai a rental company?
No. Sajilai is a marketplace and the software that rental businesses use. The vehicles belong to the businesses listed here, and your rental agreement is with that business.
Who do I pay, and when does my payment count?
You pay the rental business directly, by scanning its QR with eSewa, Khalti, Fonepay or a bank app, then upload the screenshot. The payment counts once the business confirms the money arrived, and you can then download a receipt.
How is the deposit refunded?
The odometer, fuel and condition are recorded when you collect the vehicle and when you return it. The business settles the deposit at return against those records, and any deduction is shown on the booking.
Can I rent with a driver?
Yes. Every car, SUV, jeep and van can be booked with a driver; choose it when you book and the driver price for each day is added to the total.
How do I list my rental business?
Create a business account from the For businesses page. You get a free trial with the full software, and you can ask for the verified badge by sharing your PAN/VAT registration and office address.
